Water Leak Alarm

I’m pretty sure I’ve fixed the leak coming up from the bottom of the spare wheel well in the boot but I still have the rear windscreen leak which I really need some warmer weather to fix properly.

So until I can get round to fixing that leak I want to be sure I don’t land up with a flood in the wheel well which will destroy the radio / tv and cd changer located in there.

I had a water leak alarm kicking around on my garage from another project so I have utilised this in the car for the time being. I placed the sensor at the bottom of the well where any water will collect and the alarm in the boot.
