Hi, I’m not sure who I’m emailing here? On your website on the monogram section, you have a mirage 2 estate, I own this car, I’m wondering if you have any info/history on this car?Kind regards Steve Jones.

Hi yes it’s the car we went to have a look at in 2020 but did not buy. It was at a dealer near Southwell, Notts. Drove very nice the only thing I didn’t like was there seemed to a lot of oil under the engine. The srs light came on during the test drive which I now know is a common fault with the connection under the seat and an easy fix. Great colour.

Hi, lucky dodge, we must have bought it after you looked at it.All seemed fine, thought the oil had a weird consistency, anyway about a month later we started losing water and the oil started looking very mayonnaisey lol, stripped the heads off to find not only had the head gaskets had gone, but the engine was the incorrect one, ie not the original and judging by the internals, it had been to the moon and back. Currently rebuilding a 190 engine with a view to milding tuning it and a mild restoration of everything else.Kind regards Steve
