CD to MP3 Changer Adapter Cable – Part 2

You need to have the plug cut off the cable from a non working mg rover cd changer and the plugs from the loom for the CD changer from a BMW E46 (series 3) ….. the BMW loom plugs

Pinouts sequence

I connected the wiring as per the chart i made which was based on a lot of Internet research. I cut the cables, stripped, twisted, soldered and insulated each joint.

The one on the left is the bmw mp3 changer loom plug the other is the cable taken from a ZT / 75 CD changer.

After making up the cable I double checked the wiring with a continuity tester to make sure all the connections are correct.
