Rechargeable MG Rover Cubby Torch

Got hold of a bmw cubby torch from eBay. It is the same as the MG torch apart from the badge that can be replaced with an MG badge.

The torch which is mounted in a rechargeable holder did not work. I had to gently prise it apart to expose a pretty corroded internal parts.

I found a replacement battery and resoldered it into position. Glued the torch back together and out worked. Next stage is to mount it in the centre cubby.
