Went to the Notts Classic Car Show today worth my MGB and met up with a couple of friends. One with his Midget and the other who planned to come with his Morris 1000 – but after a fuel tank leak arrived his Golf!
Anyway still a good day. After going round the auto-jumble and finding a couple of bits to cross off my shopping list did a tour around the cars parked.
Plenty of MGBs but only found the one Rover 75 a V6. Got talking to the owners dad about the car which was a great example and quite a rare colour. It had many of the extras and obviously a well cared for motor.
Think I should have gone in my MG ZT to have improved the numbers …… next time I will.
